Job Description
The Legal Professional is responsible for supporting legal operations, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations, preparing legal documents, and providing legal assistance on organizational matters. The role requires strong analytical ability, attention to detail, and the capacity to handle legal documentation and communication professionally.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, review, and organize legal documents, contracts, and agreements.
- Support legal compliance with company policies and applicable laws.
- Provide legal assistance and administrative support on legal matters.
- Maintain and update legal records and documentation properly.
- Assist in handling legal correspondence and follow-up activities.
- Conduct basic legal research and prepare summaries or reports when required.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external legal stakeholders when necessary.
- Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of sensitive legal information.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Law or related field
Experience
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience for Degree holders
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience for Diploma holders
Required Skills
- Good understanding of legal procedures and documentation
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and analytical thinking ability
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
- Good organizational and record management skills
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and report preparation
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
