Job Summary
We are looking for a responsible and experienced Loader Driver to safely transport raw materials and finished products. The candidate must ensure proper loading and unloading, follow safety regulations, and maintain the assigned vehicle in good condition.
Key Responsibilities
- Safely operate company loader truck/vehicle.
- Transport raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished goods.
- Ensure proper loading and unloading of materials.
- Inspect the vehicle before and after trips.
- Follow all traffic laws and company safety regulations.
- Report vehicle maintenance issues immediately.
- Maintain accurate delivery records and logs.
Qualifications & Experience
- Valid Ethiopian driving license (appropriate for loader/heavy truck).
- Minimum 3 years of proven experience as a Loader Driver.
- Minimum 10th grade education (preferred).
- Ability to communicate in English, Amharic, or Afan Oromo.

- Strong driving skills and safe vehicle handling
- Basic mechanical knowledge
- Good time management and reliability
- Good communication skills
- Awareness of workplace safety standards
