Job Purpose
The Logistics Officer is responsible for coordinating the movement, storage, and delivery of raw materials and finished sportswear products. The role ensures smooth logistics operations, timely deliveries, and proper inventory handling to support uninterrupted production and distribution.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics for raw materials, accessories, and finished goods.
- Arrange transportation and delivery schedules to support production and customer orders.
- Manage warehouse movement, stock transfers, and dispatch documentation.
- Monitor inventory levels and report shortages or delays.
- Coordinate with purchasing, production, and sales teams to ensure timely material availability.
- Prepare delivery notes, transport documents, and basic logistics reports.
- Ensure goods are handled, stored, and transported safely.
- Follow company policies and basic compliance requirements related to logistics operations.
Required Qualifications
- Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field.
- 2–6 years of experience in logistics, preferably in garment or manufacturing industries.
- Good knowledge of local transport providers and logistics processes.
- Basic understanding of warehouse and inventory management.
