Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Logistics Officer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing import and export operations, ensuring compliance with customs regulations, coordinating with third-party agencies, and maintaining accurate shipping documentation. This role requires strong organizational skills, effective communication, and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the clearance work air and sea import properly from custom commission and other jobs assigned
- Manage the air and sea export properly from custom commission, ET airlines and shipping company and other jobs assigned
- Manage all shipping documentation is correct and proceed in timely manner
- Manage the third party like INSA, ECA, MOT permission application request on one window system
- To prepare efficiently and effectively the necessary import export documents on all shipping requirements
- Undertake proper filing activities like printing, checking documents and data cleaning and preparation of records for easy reference
- Communicate effectively with staffs and immediate team Manager
- Generate reports to logistics team Manager
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics & Supply Chain Management or a related business field
- 1–2 years of relevant work experience post-graduation
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word for daily reporting
Competencies:
- Advanced multitasking ability
- High accuracy in data entry
- Fluent in spoken and written English
- Strong analytical and negotiation skills
- Proficient in computer applications and management system
