Job Summary
Bunnamore Trading PLC, the exclusive franchisee of Illycaffè in Ethiopia, is looking to hire a Marketing Executive to manage the daily marketing and brand communication activities of our Illycaffè Airport and Flamingo branches.
This role is highly hands-on and execution-driven. The Marketing Executive will be responsible for ensuring consistent brand presence, timely communication, and active engagement across digital platforms and on-site marketing touchpoints.
Key Responsibilities
Daily Marketing & Communication
- Manage daily brand communication for both Airport and Flamingo branches
- Plan, create, and post daily content for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, etc.)
- Coordinate promotions, product launches, and in-store campaigns
- Ensure messaging is consistent with Illy brand guidelines and company standards
Content & Creative Coordination
- Coordinate simple photos and videos from branches (products, service moments, promotions)
- Prepare captions, announcements, and promotional messages
- Work with operations teams to capture real-time updates and offers
On-Site & Promotional Support
- Coordinate in-branch marketing materials (posters, table tents, digital screens, signage)
- Support marketing activities during peak periods, promotions, and special events
- Ensure both branches are aligned in messaging and execution
Reporting & Coordination
- Prepare basic weekly and monthly marketing activity reports
- Track engagement, campaign performance, and customer feedback trends
- Coordinate closely with Operations and Management to align marketing with business priorities

Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Business, or a related field
- 2–4 years of relevant marketing or communication experience (F&B or hospitality is an advantage)
- Strong written communication skills in English
- Hands-on experience managing social media platforms
- Basic knowledge of content creation (mobile photography/video is sufficient)
- Organized, proactive, and able to work across multiple locations
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, operational environment
