Major Duties and Responsibilities

The job holder is responsible to analyze market trends, and plan campaigns to promote a company's products, organize and coordinate promotional activities, events, and trade shows, work to build and maintain the company's brand image, and maintain and develop relationships with key customers.

Specific Duties and Responsibilities

• Plan and execute marketing campaigns and promotional activities to reach target and potential customers
• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior and preference to identify opportunities and risks pertaining to the markets.
• Work with other departments to ensure that the marketing initiatives align with the overall company objectives
• Track and monitor the results of marketing efforts and make adjustments as needed with prevailing market situations.
• Work to build and maintain the company's brand image.
• Organize and coordinate promotional activities, events, and trade shows
• Work with sales teams hand in hand to support and achieve sales goals
• Maintain and develop relationships with key customers
• Generate reports on market trends and campaign performance for management decision input
• Perform any other additional activities given by the immediate supervisor

Required skills and competencies

• Competency in analyzing data and market trends
• The ability to adapt to a changing market situation
• Excellent verbal and written communication skill
• Track record of market surveying
• Customer handling skills

Qualification:

• BA degree in marketing management or marketing and sales or business management or management or Accounting or Accounting and finance or any other relevant profession.
• Work experience: 4(four) years and above experience in the area
