Responsibilities

• Assist in designing and refining campaign strategies across multiple channels: paid, owned, and earned media.

• Support the development of presentations and pitches that highlight innovative marketing ideas.

• Work alongside creatives to produce compelling visuals and marketing materials.

• Monitor campaign results, analyze performance data, and recommend improvements to boost ROI.

• Bring fresh ideas in brainstorming sessions and stay ahead of marketing trends and technology.

• Collaborate with senior team members to actively shape campaign strategies.

Qualification

• 1 to 3 years’ experience in marketing strategy or advertising, preferably within an agency.

• A passion for creative problem-solving and a willingness to learn and grow.

• Experience with managing or supporting multi-channel campaigns.

• Previous exposure to larger accounts or well-known clients is a plus.
