NURSE

Job Summary

The Nurse is responsible for delivering high-quality patient care, supporting clinical operations, and ensuring compliance with healthcare standards. The role requires strong clinical expertise, professionalism, and the ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic hospital or healthcare environment.

Job Requirement

• Qualification: Degree in Nursing from a recognized university or college. Specialized certifications are considered an asset.

• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of solid work experience in governmental or recognized private hospitals after graduation. Relevant supervisory experience is desirable.

• Licenses/Certificates: A Certificate of computer literacy is desirable. A valid professional nursing license is required.

• Language Proficiency: Fluent in English (speaking, reading, writing, and understanding). Knowledge of an additional foreign language is an advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in accordance with medical guidelines and standards.
• Monitor patient conditions, administer medications, and assist in medical procedures.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
• Ensure adherence to hygiene, safety, and infection control protocols.
• Collaborate with doctors and other healthcare professionals for effective patient management.
• Support emergency response and patient care during critical situations.
• Assist in supervising junior staff when required.
