Job Description
The Office Assistant/Secretary is responsible for providing administrative and clerical support to ensure smooth office operations and effective communication within the organization.
The role involves handling documentation, coordinating schedules, and supporting daily office activities.
Key Responsibilities
The position supports general office management and administrative tasks.
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence
- Maintain organized filing systems (physical and electronic)
- Schedule meetings, appointments, and manage calendars
- Prepare documents, reports, and presentations
- Handle phone calls and direct inquiries appropriately
- Support office operations and coordination activities
- Assist in maintaining office supplies and inventory
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned
Qualification
- Diploma or Degree in Secretarial Science, Office Management, or related fields
Experience
- Minimum 1+ year of relevant experience
Skills
- Good communication skills
- Basic computer skills (MS Office)
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
