Job Summary:
The Office Engineer will provide technical and administrative support to construction projects, ensuring smooth operations within the office and field. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of engineering principles, project documentation, and coordination between teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in preparing, reviewing, and maintaining project documentation (drawings, reports, contracts, etc.).
- Coordinate between site engineers, contractors, and project managers.
- Monitor project progress and update schedules as needed.
- Ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
- Handle correspondence, filing, and record-keeping related to projects.
- Support cost estimation and budget tracking.
- Perform other administrative and technical tasks as assigned.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in construction projects, office engineering, or a similar role.
- Skills:
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office (Excel, Word, Project), and other engineering software.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and work under deadlines.
- Knowledge of construction processes and documentation.
