Job Summary
RUPSHRI TRADING PLC is looking for a reliable and organized Office Secretary to support daily office operations. The ideal candidate should have good English and Amharic language skills, strong typing ability, and basic to good knowledge of computer applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Draft and prepare official letters and documents
- Handle typing of English and Amharic documents
- Manage office correspondence and filing
- Support daily administrative and clerical tasks
- Maintain office records and documentation
- Assist management with routine office duties
Required Qualifications
- Female candidates only
- 0–2 years of relevant work experience (fresh graduates are welcome)
- Good command of English and Amharic (written and spoken)
- Strong typing skills in English and Amharic
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, basic computer use)
- Good communication and organizational skills
