Packaging Operator

Job Description

The Packaging Operator is responsible for ensuring safe and efficient packaging operations while maintaining product quality and supporting production targets. The role focuses on operating production equipment, executing process-related activities, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives to reduce production losses and improve key performance indicators.

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related fields.

Work Experience:

• 0 – 2 years of experience, preferably in beverage or logistics operation shop floor environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance with safety requirements and support the safety agenda during daily operations.
• Operate packaging machines and execute process-related activities efficiently and effectively.
• Perform product-related tasks while maintaining quality standards.
• Monitor and support improvements in key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Contribute to reducing production losses and operational inefficiencies.
• Maintain a safe and organized working environment within the assigned machine or work area.
• Follow operational procedures and production standards to ensure consistent output.
