Job Summary
The Nurse provides direct patient care and clinical support to physicians, ensuring safe, compassionate, and efficient delivery of pediatric outpatient services.
The role includes patient assessment, treatment assistance, health education, and coordination of care within the clinic.
Key Responsibilities and Duties
- Perform patient triage, vital signs measurement, and basic clinical assessments
- Assist the pediatrician during consultations and procedures
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Prepare patients for examinations and investigations
- Maintain infection prevention and control standards
- Provide patient education on medications, procedures, and follow-up care
- Maintain accurate nursing and clinical documentation
- Ensure proper use and maintenance of medical equipment and supplies
Required Qualifications
- BSc degree in Pediatrics Nursing from an accredited institution or Clinical Nurse with experience in a pediatrics setup
- Valid nursing license
