We are Seeking Product Manager

Summary

To own the strategy, roadmap, and lifecycle management of digital products, ensuring delivery of customer-centric and high-impact solutions. The Product Manager collaborates with engineering, marketing, and business teams to build and scale competitive products like Selam New Workspace that are aligned with the company’s vision.

General Duties:

• Define the product vision and strategy in alignment with customer needs and market trends.
• Prioritize initiatives based on impact, ROI, and strategic goals.
• Act as a product evangelist and lead decision-making on features and functionality.
• Drive AI and Data Integration: Ensure AI-driven features and data insights are embedded into the product roadmap to enhance automation, personalization, and decision-making.
• Benchmark with leading global product practices from companies like Atlassian, Amazon, and Salesforce.

Specific Duties and Responsibilities:

• Lead cross-functional teams through ideation, planning, development, launch, and product enhancements.
• Identify and analyze market trends, competitive threats, and customer feedback.
• Define product KPIs and monitor performance through the lifecycle.
• Work closely with Product Owners and AI/Data teams to ensure features meet business value.
• Ensure continuous product improvement using Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field. MBA is a plus.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in product management with a track record of successful launches.
