We are Seeking Product Owner

Job Summary

We’re looking for an organized and customer-focused Product Owner to guide delivery teams and turn business needs into impactful product features. We want someone who excels at understanding user problems, prioritizing what matters most, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the product backlog: define, prioritize, and refine user stories.
• Collaborate closely with developers, designers, and stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery.
• Translate business objectives into clear product requirements.
• Conduct user research, gather feedback, and improve product features continuously.
• Drive sprint planning, reviews, and backlog grooming sessions.
• Ensure that delivered features meet acceptance criteria and add real customer value.
• Track product performance and recommend data-driven improvements.

Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related fields.
• Minimum of 1 year experience as a Product Owner or similar role.
• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to make prioritization decisions in a fast-moving environment.
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Familiarity with tools like Jira, Trello, Asana, or similar tools.
