Qualification
- Bachelor’s Degree (BSc/BA) in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
- Additional training in Production Planning, Quality Management, wood , or Operations Management is preferable
- 3 years relevant experience in a production Manager /wood work environment in furniture production or woodwork
Technical & Computer Skills
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Power Point, Good Auto CAD skills (Reading furniture drawings)
- Experience with ERP systems or production management software is an advantage
Key Skills & Competencies
- Strong knowledge of production planning and control team management skills
- Ability to manage and lead production teams effectively
- Experience in quality control and quality assurance systems
- Cost control, waste reduction, and efficiency improvement skills
- Good knowledge of furniture materials, machinery, and finishing
- ability to plan production and solve on-site problem
