Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and results-driven Project Manager to lead and oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of projects within scope, budget, and timeline. The Project Manager will coordinate resources, manage stakeholders, monitor progress, and ensure that all project objectives are achieved effectively.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the planning and execution of the project.
- Develop detailed project plans, including budgets, deliverables, and timelines.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and consortia members to ensure effective allocation of resources.
- Track project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Ensure compliance with organizational standards and donor requirements.
- Manage communication with internal and external stakeholders, providing regular project updates.
- Facilitate problem-solving and decision-making to keep projects on track.
- Conduct project evaluations and prepare reports on outcomes and lessons learned.
Qualification
- MA/MSC/BA/BSC Degree in Development studies, Project management, Economics, Marketing, Accounting, Management, Banking, Rural Development, or similar with relevant experience of the position demand.
- More than 5 years of proven experience in managing complex projects.
- Demonstrated ability to manage workplans budgets, teams, and multiple stakeholders
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as an overall ability to be clear and concise in all communications
- Strong organizational and time-management skills; proven ability to prioritize and deliver on time
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work both independently and in a dynamic, cross-functional global team structure
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively with consortia members, partners, and donors at all levels
- Ability to manage and work through dynamic and changing situations proactively and positively.
- Experience in Food Loss Reduction solutions (FLRS) and Post harvest management is a plus
- Language Skills: Strong oral and written communication skills in English and the ability to speak the local language (Affan Oromo, Silt'e, and Hadiyyisa) are advantageous.
