Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and energetic female Property Management Assistant to support our property management team. The role involves fieldwork outside the office, conducting market research on properties, competitor buildings, and trends. This is an excellent opportunity for a fresh graduate to gain hands-on experience in real estate and property management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct market research outside of office locations, gathering information on rental rates, property features, and competitor buildings.
• Monitor property trends and provide insights to support management decisions.
• Assist in preparing reports and presentations based on field research.
• Coordinate with property owners, tenants, and service providers as needed.
• Document findings accurately and maintain property records.
• Support the property management team with administrative and field tasks as required.

Requirements:

• Female candidate, fresh graduate or 0–1 year experience.
• Comfortable with fieldwork outside the office.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Interest in real estate/property management.
