Job Purpose:

VIV Beverages Manufacturing S.C is a leading company in the alcoholic beverages sector, producing high-quality potable alcohol, a variety of alcoholic liquors, and beer products. The plant (factory) is located at Sheno, Semen Shoa Zone, approximately 70 km from Addis Ababa.

The role involves supporting the company’s operations through effective management, coordination, and execution of tasks within the supply chain, purchasing, or logistics functions. The incumbent ensures smooth operational processes, timely procurement, and accurate reporting to strengthen overall productivity.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing supply chain operations, purchasing, and logistics activities.
• Support decision-making by preparing reports and providing operational insights.
• Maintain accurate records of materials, shipments, and inventory.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely procurement and delivery.
• Monitor operational processes to identify bottlenecks and recommend improvements.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulations.
• Perform other related tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

Educational Qualifications:

• BA Degree in Management, Supply Chain, Purchasing, Logistics, or other related fields.

Professional Experience:

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience in supply chain, logistics, or purchasing.
