Position Title: Interior Construction - Quantity Surveyor

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare quantity take-offs, BOQs, and cost estimates for interior works (gypsum ceiling, partitions, joinery, finishes, MEP coordination, etc.).
- Review and verify drawings and site measurements for payment certification.
- Monitor project budgets, track variations, and prepare cost control reports.
- Prepare and evaluate subcontractor and supplier quotations.
- Participate in progress valuation, interim payment applications, and final account preparation.
- Assist in tender documentation, rate analysis, and procurement planning.
- Coordinate with the site engineer, design team, and project manager to ensure cost-effective execution.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all cost-related activities
Qualifications & Requirements:
- BSc Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or Civil Engineering.
- 2+ years of experience in quantity surveying, preferably in interior construction or fit-out projects.
- Strong knowledge of materials, specifications, and interior finishing details.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Excel, and Quantity Surveying software (e.g., CostX, PlanSwift, etc.).
- Excellent analytical, negotiation, and reporting skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
