Job Summary
Akoya Properties is inviting qualified and motivated candidates to apply for the position of Real Estate Telemarketer. The Real Estate Telemarketer will be responsible for contacting potential clients, promoting company real estate projects, generating qualified leads, and arranging appointments for the sales team.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential property buyers and investors.
- Introduce real estate projects, prices, and payment plans.
- Generate and qualify sales leads.
- Schedule site visits and meetings for sales agents.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Follow up with interested clients and provide updates.
- Meet daily call targets and performance goals.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and phone etiquette skills.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation ability.
- Customer service and relationship-building skills.
- Basic computer skills and data entry ability.
- Ability to work with targets and deadlines.
- Previous experience in telemarketing or real estate sales is an advantage.
