Role Description
The Recruitment Officer is responsible for sourcing, screening, and presenting qualified seafarers and cadets to clients in line with contractual, regulatory, and client-specific requirements. The role ensures timely and accurate preparation, submission, and follow-up of crew proposals, while maintaining high-quality documentation, compliance with maritime regulations, and effective coordination with internal teams. The position plays a key role in supporting client satisfaction, efficient crew deployment, and continuous improvement of recruitment performance through proactive communication, database management, and recruitment reporting.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, Maritime Studies, Maritime Administration, Shipping Management, or a related maritime discipline is preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in seafarer/crew recruitment, crewing operations, or maritime HR may compensate for a non-maritime degree.
