Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Addis Ababa for a Room Service team member. The primary responsibilities include delivering food and beverage orders to guests’ rooms promptly and professionally, setting trays accurately, and ensuring excellent customer service. The role also involves coordinating with other departments to meet guests' needs and maintaining cleanliness and organization in room service operations.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with guests and colleagues.
- Proven customer service skills with a focus on providing personalized, high-quality service.
- Experience with handling trays and providing room service in a professional manner.
- Basic knowledge of food and beverage service standards.
- Punctuality, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Prior experience in a hospitality or customer service role is preferred.
- Fluency in English and knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
