Education:
- BSc Degree in Construction Technology & Management, Civil Engineering, Building Construction Technology, or a related field from a recognized institution
Experience:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) systems within construction environments
- Proven track record in implementing safety procedures, audits, and risk assessments on construction sites
- Strong commitment to enforcing safety standards and ensuring regulatory compliance
- Ability to promote and maintain a safety-first culture among all employees and subcontractors
- Experience in conducting safety training sessions and emergency response drills is an advantage
