Sales and Marketing Representative
The Sales and Marketing Representative is responsible for driving business growth by identifying new market opportunities, building strong client relationships, and executing effective sales and marketing strategies.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
- Proven experience as a Business Development Manager or in a similar role, with demonstrated success in generating leads and closing deals
- Strong business acumen and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to identify growth opportunities and develop actionable plans
- Excellent negotiation and communication abilities, both written and verbal
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets and contributing to business growth
- Customer-focused approach with strong relationship-building and client retention skills
- Analytical mindset with the ability to conduct market research, analyze trends, and interpret data to support decision-making
- Adaptability and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and competitive business environment
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
- Experience in industry-specific sales or business development is a plus
