Job Description:
- Drives revenue growth by managing leads, pitching services, and maintaining long-term client satisfaction.
- Acts as the bridge between clients and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound/outbound client communication.
- Prepare proposals and follow up leads.
- Coordinate with the marketing team for client projects.
- Maintain CRM data and client reports.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Marketing, or Business.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Prior sales or client relations experience (especially B2B).
- Fluency in English & Amharic.
