Job Description
Temer Properties is pleased to invite qualified and experienced professionals to apply for the position of Sales Consultant. The successful candidate will report directly to the Sales Supervisor.
The Sales Consultant is responsible for driving sales growth by identifying new business opportunities, engaging prospective clients, building long-term customer relationships, and successfully closing sales opportunities while contributing to overall business objectives.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Marketing, Management, or a related field (preferred).
Work Experience:
- Minimum of 1 year of proven sales experience.
- Experience in the real estate sector is an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell company products and services to prospective clients.
- Identify new sales leads and actively follow up on customer inquiries.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Support business growth initiatives and contribute to sales strategies.
- Provide timely updates and reports to the Sales Supervisor.
