Responsibilities

• Team Leadership & Development: Lead, mentor, and train sales and pre-sales professionals to build high-performing teams.
• Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop sales plans, qualify leads, and collaborate with pre-sales to understand customer needs and tailor offers.
• Pre-Sales Coordination: Oversee technical discovery, solution design, and product demonstrations that clearly show how offerings solve client problems.
• Proposal & Solution Customization: Ensure personalized commercial proposals align technical specs with client business benefits.
• Customer Engagement: Act as a bridge between customers, sales, and product teams—addressing technical questions and ensuring smooth communication.
• Resource & Process Management: Allocate team resources efficiently, set workflows for timely responses, and implement best practices to optimize performance.
• Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product development, and support to incorporate customer feedback and improve solutions.
• Performance Monitoring: Track KPIs like deal conversion rates, team productivity, and customer satisfaction, coaching to continuously improve.

Qualifications

• 5+ years proven experience in Sales Operations and Team leadership
• Strong technical knowledge of IT products and solutions
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Leadership experience managing sales & pre-sales teams
• Ability to translate technical language into business value
• Strategic thinking and negotiation expertise
