Job Summary
We are looking for a strategic and driven Sales & Marketing Manager to spearhead our expansion. This is a high-impact role for someone who understands the supply needs of real estate developers, contractors, and large-scale property managers. You will be the architect of our growth strategy, building bridges between our custom manufacturing capabilities and the booming real estate market.

Key Responsibilities:
- Business Development: Identify, target, and secure partnerships with real estate developers, construction firms, hotel chains, and property management companies.
- Strategic Marketing: Develop and execute a marketing strategy that positions Dink Furniture as the premier partner for mass-produced custom furniture in real estate projects.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with key accounts, understanding their project pipelines and ensuring we are their preferred supplier.
- Sales Pipeline Management: Own the entire sales cycle from lead generation and proposal creation to negotiation and contract closure.
- Market Intelligence: Stay ahead of market trends in both real estate and interior finishes to identify new opportunities for product lines and services.
- Collaboration: Work closely with our production and design teams to ensure client specifications are met and projects are delivered on time.
Who You Are:
- You have a proven track record (5+ years) in B2B sales, with a strong preference for experience selling to the real estate, construction, or hospitality industries.
- You understand the language of real estate development—from tender processes to project timelines.
- You are a hunter and a farmer: adept at generating new business while nurturing existing relationships.
- You have experience with marketing strategies (digital and traditional) that generate high-quality B2B leads.
- You are a self-starter, results-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced, growing company environment.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
