Job Summary:
OLY Technologies is looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented female candidate to join our team in a dual-role position focusing on both Sales and Marketing. The successful candidate will be responsible for accurately recording sales data in our ERP system while actively engaging in marketing activities to generate leads and enhance brand presence. This role is ideal for someone with strong multitasking abilities, excellent communication skills, and a proactive mindset.

Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Service Assistance: Address client inquiries professionally and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Business Development: Identify, pursue, and develop new business opportunities in the printing and technology sectors.
- Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with both prospective and existing customers.
- Needs Assessment: Assess customer needs and propose tailored solutions from our service offerings.
- Product Demonstration: Conduct product presentations to illustrate the value of our solutions.
- Sales Target Achievement: Meet or exceed assigned sales targets through effective planning and execution.
- Proposal & Contract Preparation: Draft and present quotations, proposals, and contractual documents to clients.
- Sales Data Entry: Accurately input and update sales data in OLY’s ERP system.
- Interdepartmental Coordination: Act as a liaison between sales, finance, and management teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Marketing Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to launch campaigns, generate leads, and improve brand recognition.
- Industry Awareness: Stay informed about market trends and competitor activities to refine sales and marketing strategies.
- Sales Reporting: Maintain detailed records of sales activities and report progress to management regularly.
