Sales Officer

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Officer to support business growth, promote company products and services, and maintain strong customer relationships. The Sales Officer will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, achieving sales targets, and ensuring excellent customer service while representing the company professionally.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell company products and services to existing and potential customers.
• Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through market visits and networking.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and business partners.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales reports.
• Follow up on customer inquiries and ensure timely response to client needs.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
• Conduct market research and monitor competitor activities.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth sales operations and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions.
• Participate in promotional activities, exhibitions, and marketing campaigns when required.

Qualification:

• 1st Degree or above in Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, Management, or other related field of study.

Experience:

• Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience in sales, marketing, or customer service related roles.
