Job Summary:
Alvima Foods Complex Plc. invites qualified and competent applicants to apply for the vacant position. The company is looking for motivated professionals who can support sales growth, strengthen customer relationships, and promote company products effectively.
Qualification:
- BA Degree in Marketing and Sales, Marketing Management, Accounting, or any other related field.
Experience:
- Minimum of 2 (two) years and above relevant work experience in the food industry or related industries.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Promote company products and services to existing and potential customers.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and distributors.
- Identify new market opportunities and support business expansion activities.
- Prepare sales reports and monitor market trends and competitor activities.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure customer satisfaction and timely delivery.
- Participate in marketing campaigns, product promotions, and customer visits.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to company growth.
- Maintain proper customer records and sales documentation.
Required Skills and Competencies:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good negotiation and customer handling ability.
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
