We are looking for a Scrum Master with at least 1 year of experience to support Agile teams and ensure efficient project execution. The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of Scrum principles and project management, with strong organizational and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives).
- Assist in maintaining and prioritizing the product backlog with the Product Owner.
- Support the team in identifying and resolving impediments.
- Encourage Agile best practices and team collaboration.
- Track team progress using Agile metrics and reporting tools.
- Work with stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
- Foster a positive team environment focused on continuous improvement.
Requirements:
- Experience: 1+ year as a Scrum Master or in a similar Agile role.
- Certifications (Preferred): CSM (Certified Scrum Master) or PSM (Professional Scrum Master).
- Skills: Strong communication, facilitation, and problem-solving abilities.
- Tools: Familiarity with Jira, Trello, Confluence, or other Agile project management tools.
- Other: Basic understanding of Agile methodologies and project management principles
