Job Summary
On behalf of our client, we are looking for a young, energetic, and proactive Secretary who can confidently manage front desk responsibilities while actively supporting day-to-day office operations. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, presentable, and eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage front desk operations and professionally welcome visitors.
- Handle phone calls, emails, and daily correspondence.
- Organize, maintain, and update office files and documents.
- Schedule meetings and assist with calendar management.
- Provide administrative support across different departments.
- Assist with day-to-day office coordination beyond desk duties.
- Ensure a well-organized and efficient office environment.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Minimum 6 months of relevant experience.
- Basic to intermediate computer skills (MS Word, Excel, email).
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
- Presentable, professional, and well-organized.
