Job Summary

On behalf of our client, we are looking for a young, energetic, and proactive Secretary who can confidently manage front desk responsibilities while actively supporting day-to-day office operations. Key Responsibilities

• Manage front desk operations and professionally welcome visitors.
• Handle phone calls, emails, and daily correspondence.
• Organize, maintain, and update office files and documents.
• Schedule meetings and assist with calendar management.
• Provide administrative support across different departments.
• Assist with day-to-day office coordination beyond desk duties.
• Ensure a well-organized and efficient office environment.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 6 months of relevant experience.
• Basic to intermediate computer skills (MS Word, Excel, email).
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
• Presentable, professional, and well-organized.
