Job Summary:
On behalf of our client we are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Senior Accountant (Female) to manage the financial activities of our client's commercial building operations. The ideal candidate will oversee daily accounting functions, maintain accurate financial records, and ensure compliance with applicable standards. Key
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and maintain financial statements, reports, and ledgers.
- Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations.
- Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes.
- Handle payroll calculations and statutory deductions.
- Ensure compliance with Ethiopian financial regulations and accounting standards.
- Monitor budget utilization and support management with financial insights.
- Maintain proper documentation and support external audits.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of accounting experience (experience in building/commercial property management is an advantage).
- Strong knowledge of Peachtree/Sage or similar accounting software.
- Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work independently.
