INNO Data Center PLC is a dynamic company currently investing in and installing machinery for data center operations and cloud services. We are committed to excellence and innovation, and we are looking for a skilled Senior Accountant to join our team.

Job Summary

To manage the payable & receivable accounts, employees payroll and payment to suppliers by ensuring that they are rightfully paid and on time. Performs a variety of duties in accordance with standard accounting procedures, under minimal supervision and guidance. Checks and verifies data for completeness and accuracy. Responsible for processing accounts payable. Assists with preparation of financial statements and reports.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare the cost sheet of imported goods and maintain file for import documents
• Supervising the monthly and year end physical count of inventories and cash.
• Preparing monthly bank reconciliation statement.
• Preparing employee’s salary tax declaration and pension, file and process payment for settling employees’ salary tax & pension liability.
• Preparing monthly Value Added Tax declaration and filing
• Follows procedures to ensure that all invoices are properly authorized and approved before processing payment.
• Ensure that supporting documents are attached and in order.
• Compares the stock record against the physical count of inventory and reports to management if there are any discrepancies.
• Carry out the year end count of cash, inventory & fixed assets
• Prepare interim financial report for management

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s/ Masters degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; certification preferred, with at least 3 years in a Senior Accountant role.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in English is required
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
