Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage the Technic department, ensuring smooth operation of all IT systems and infrastructure.
- Develop, implement, and maintain IT policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and provide timely solutions.
- Oversee installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware, software, and networks.
- Ensure data security, backup, and disaster recovery plans are in place and effective.
- Coordinate projects, including upgrades, migrations, and new technology implementations.
- Manage support staff, assign tasks, and ensure timely resolution of technical issues.
- Liaise with other departments to understand IT requirements and provide appropriate solutions.
- Maintain vendor relationships and evaluate new technologies to support business needs.
- Ensure compliance with standards, policies, and regulations.
Qualifications:
- Computer Science, Computer Engineering, IT, or any related field of study
- Experience: 3 years and above
