Responsibilities
- Plan, lead, and execute IT audits, including core banking systems, networks, cloud infrastructure, databases, and cybersecurity frameworks.
- Evaluate IT general controls (ITGC), application controls, and information security practices.
- Evaluate API governance, design, access controls, and security, particularly in open banking and third-party fintech integrations
- Review the secure implementation of RESTful and SOAP APIs, including token-based authentication, encryption, and logging mechanisms
- Conduct audits of digital banking platforms, mobile banking apps, and payment systems.
- Identify technology-related risks and test the effectiveness of controls in mitigating those risks.
- Participate in integrated audits with operational and financial auditors, providing IT expertise
- Develop audit reports with clear findings, risks, and actionable recommendations.
Qualifications
- First Degree(BSc) in Computer Science /Information Technology/Computer Engineering/MIS/ ,MSC or related fields
- 5 years relevant working experience.
Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) – Preferred Familiarity with COBIT, ISO 27001, NIST, and FFIEC frameworks
