Job Summary
We are recruiting an enthusiastic and high-achieving Senior Marketing Executive to expand our market reach by developing and implementing effective marketing strategies. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing digital and traditional marketing campaigns, branding, content creation, lead generation, and marketing performance analysis. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of SEO optimization, SMM, digital marketing, content management, branding, and media production.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive multi-channel marketing strategy for the company.
- Develop, manage, and oversee content creation for Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, Twitter, blogs, and other digital platforms.
- Manage traditional marketing campaigns, including print media, direct mail, and customer communications.
- Monitor market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities to identify business opportunities.
- Stay up to date with digital marketing technologies, trends, and best practices.
- Develop and execute SEO, digital marketing, and lead generation strategies.
- Manage and optimize marketing campaigns while measuring and reporting campaign performance.
- Maintain customer and internal marketing touchpoints through content management and communications.
- Establish marketing budgets and support project planning and execution.
- Coordinate company participation in events and promotional activities.
- Gather customer and market insights to improve customer engagement and lead conversion.
- Analyze marketing initiatives and recommend improvements based on performance data and ROI.
- Provide marketing support to the sales team and ensure alignment with business objectives.
Academic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience
- Minimum of three (3) to five (5) years of relevant work experience.
- Experience in real estate marketing is highly preferred.
- Proven experience managing creative teams, vendors, and marketing campaigns.
- Strong experience in developing and executing marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
- Experience in analyzing marketing performance and making data-driven decisions.
Required Skills and Competencies
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, project management tools, marketing automation, and CRM systems.
- Strong knowledge of online marketing, social media strategy, SEO optimization, and digital marketing.
- Excellent planning, organizational, budgeting, and project management skills.
- Familiarity with current graphic design, web design, media production, and digital marketing trends.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis and marketing performance reporting.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

- Marketing Strategy & Planning: Ability to develop long-term marketing strategies and short-term action plans.
- Content Direction & Supervision: Experience overseeing content creation for digital, social media, print, and video marketing.

- Budgeting & Resource Allocation: Ability to develop and manage marketing budgets effectively.
- Reporting & Data Analysis: Ability to analyze marketing performance and evaluate return on investment (ROI).

- Creative & Branding Oversight: Ability to maintain consistent brand identity, messaging, and marketing materials.
