Job Description
Aftaza PLC is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Senior Sales Officer to join our growing real estate team.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and engage potential buyers for residential and commercial properties
- Conduct property viewings and provide detailed information regarding project specifications
- Negotiate and close sales to meet monthly and quarterly targets
- Manage client relationships and provide excellent after-sales support
Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum of 12–18 months of proven experience in real estate sales
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
Compensation & Benefits
- Monthly Retainer/Salary: 15,000 ETB per month
- Commission: 4–5% commission on sales, payable each week
