Job Requirement
QUALIFICATION: BSc degree in civil engineering, COTM or related field
EXPRIENCE: 2-5 YEARS & above; in relevant position
Additional Requirements
- Strong knowledge of civil engineering principles, construction methods, and site operations
- Experience in project supervision, quantity measurement, and progress monitoring
- Ability to read and interpret drawings, BOQ, and technical specifications
- Good communication and coordination skills with contractors, consultants, and team members
- Knowledge of workplace safety standards and construction regulations
- Proficiency in engineering software such as AutoCAD, MS Office, and related tools is advantageous
- Strong problem-solving skills, time management, and attention to detail
