Senior Supervisor (Manufacturing Factory)

Job Summary

On behalf of our client we are seeking a highly motivated and business-minded Senior Supervisor to oversee our client's factory operations and workforce. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a manufacturing environment—preferably in a plastic production company—and a proven ability to lead teams, drive efficiency, and deliver consistent results.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage 20–30 factory employees, ensuring smooth operations and optimal productivity.
• Oversee day-to-day factory activities and promptly resolve production challenges.
• Review, prepare, and participate in tender and bidding processes.
• Identify and develop new project opportunities and innovative production ideas.
• Maintain and enforce safety, quality, and efficiency standards across all departments.
• Collaborate closely with management to optimize output and performance.
• Lead, motivate, and guide staff toward achieving production and business goals.

Qualifications & Skills

• Proven experience as a Factory Supervisor or Senior Production Supervisor, ideally in plastic or related manufacturing industries.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Demonstrated business acumen with the ability to identify and act on growth opportunities.
• Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational abilities.
• Creative thinker with a proactive approach and a hands-on attitude.
• Strong communication skills in both English and Amharic.
