Job Summary
The Social Media Host is responsible for creating engaging digital content, hosting live broadcasts, and representing the company's brand across various social media platforms. The role focuses on increasing audience engagement, promoting products and services, managing social media accounts, and supporting digital marketing initiatives through creative and interactive content.
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Media Studies, Journalism, Public Relations, or a related field.

Experience
- 0–3 years or more of relevant experience in social media management, digital marketing, media presentation, content creation, or a related field.
- Experience hosting live sessions or creating video content for social media platforms is an advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Host engaging live sessions on TikTok and other social media platforms.
- Create attractive and interactive video content for YouTube, TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, and other digital platforms.
- Present company products and services confidently and professionally during live broadcasts.
- Interact with audiences by responding to comments, questions, and feedback in real time.
- Manage assigned social media accounts, including content planning, scheduling, and publishing.
- Collaborate with the Marketing Team to develop creative campaigns and promotional content.
- Monitor social media trends, audience engagement, and platform performance to improve content effectiveness.
- Analyze audience feedback and recommend improvements to increase engagement and reach.
- Maintain a positive brand image and ensure all published content aligns with company standards and marketing objectives.
Technical Skills
- Good understanding of TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, and other social media platforms.
- Knowledge of social media management, content scheduling, and digital engagement strategies.
- Basic knowledge of video editing and content creation tools is an advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is desirable.
- Excellent command of spoken and written English.
