Job Summary
We are hiring skilled professionals to join our technology division. You will be part of the team developing and maintaining enterprise systems used across subsidiaries. The work focuses on building scalable and automated solutions that support daily operations and digital transformation of Belayneh Kinde Group.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain ERP modules and other automation projects
- Build RESTful APIs and handle system integrations with internal and third-party services
- Design and develop modern layouts and user interfaces
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following coding standards
- Implement CI/CD pipelines using Docker, GitLab and Kubernetes
- Collaborate in Agile sprints with the technical team
- Conduct unit, integration, and performance testing
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize applications for performance and scalability
- Contribute to version control, issue tracking, and documentation through Git and Jira
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
- Proven 1+ years of industry experience in full-stack or backend development
- Solid understanding of microservices and API-driven development
- Strong experience in Python, Node.js, and React.js, Redux, JavaScript ES6+ and modern frontend design practices
- Experience with MySQL, MongoDB, PostgreSQL,and Redis
- Familiar with Linux Environment, Docker, Kubernetes, and GitLab CI/CD pipelines
- Familiar with testing tools such as pytest, Jest, Postman, or JMeter
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills
- Experience in ERP or large-scale enterprise systems is preferred
