Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and skilled Solar Engineer who can handle system design, site installation, and commissioning for residential, commercial, and industrial solar projects. The ideal candidate is hands-on, solution-oriented, and committed to delivering quality and safety on every project.
Key Responsibilities
- Design off-grid, on-grid, and hybrid solar systems (residential & commercial)
- Prepare SLDs, BOQs, and system sizing using PVsyst / AutoCAD / Excel
- Supervise installation, testing, and commissioning of solar systems
- Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and site reporting
- Ensure safety compliance and quality control on all installations
- Coordinate with procurement, sales, and project teams
- Conduct system handover and basic customer training
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or related field
- Hands-on experience in solar PV installation and design
- Good knowledge of PVsyst, AutoCAD, SLD preparation, and inverter configuration
- Strong understanding of off-grid & hybrid systems (inverters, batteries, PV strings)
- Ability to work at site (field work) when required
Preferred Skills
- PVsyst, AutoCAD, SketchUp, or Helioscope (advantage)
- Experience with lithium and gel battery systems
- Strong troubleshooting and teamwork skills
- Excellent communication and work ethic
