Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Steel Trader. The ideal candidate will be responsible for buying and selling construction steel products (rebar, reinforcement steel, and related materials), managing client relationships, and driving sales growth in the construction sector. Key Responsibilities

• Buy and sell construction steel products (rebar, reinforcement steel, and related materials)
• Identify new clients including contractors, construction companies, and suppliers
• Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and ensure repeat business
• Negotiate pricing, contracts, and delivery terms with clients and suppliers
• Monitor market prices and provide competitive quotations
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Prepare sales reports and track trading performance
• Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams for timely delivery
• Follow up on payments and ensure smooth transaction processes
• Stay updated on construction market trends and demand

Requirements

• 1–5 years of experience in construction, building materials, or related trading sector
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Ability to build and maintain client relationships
• Basic understanding of construction materials and market pricing
• Target-oriented and self-motivated personality
• Good organizational and follow-up skills
