Store Manager

Job Requirement

• Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or other related fields of study.

• Experience: Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in store or warehouse management. Experience in construction store management is mandatory. Experience with ERP systems is required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate and real-time inventory records in the ERP system.
• Ensure all stock movements such as receipts, transfers, issues, and returns are properly recorded in ERP.
• Monitor system stock versus physical stock and resolve discrepancies promptly.
• Conduct regular stock reconciliations and update ERP records accordingly.
• Ensure proper item coding, categorization, and unit of measure accuracy in ERP.
• Generate inventory reports, dashboards, and stock analysis reports from ERP.
• Verify incoming goods against Purchase Orders (PO) and record Goods Received Notes (GRN) accurately.
• Ensure all dispatches are processed through ERP with proper documentation.
• Track deliveries, transfers, and stock requests using the system.
• Maintain organized storage layout aligned with ERP item bin systems.
• Ensure FIFO/FEFO principles are followed and reflected in ERP records.
• Monitor stock levels and trigger reorder requests through ERP workflows.
• Ensure safe handling and storage practices to prevent damage or loss.
• Generate daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
• Analyze slow-moving, fast-moving, and obsolete items using ERP data.
• Provide accurate inventory data for finance purposes including valuation and closing stock.
• Maintain audit-ready records within the ERP system.
• Supervise store staff and ensure proper use of ERP in daily operations.
• Train team members on ERP transactions, stock handling, and data accuracy.
• Monitor staff performance and productivity.
• Ensure all transactions are properly authorized and recorded.
• Support internal and external audits using ERP-generated reports.
• Coordinate with Procurement for PO creation and tracking.
• Work closely with Finance on stock valuation and reconciliation.
• Identify and implement process improvements and automation opportunities.
