Job Summary
We are looking for a Strategic Partnerships and Funding Lead with strong digital and communication skills to join our Business Development team. The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Securing grants
- Building partnerships
- Implementing IT systems that streamline resource mobilization and grant management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Research, identify, and manage diverse grant opportunities.
- Write and submit high-quality proposals with supporting budgets and frameworks.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with funders and partners.
- Support business development strategies and partnership growth initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Business Administration, Engineering, Marketing, IT, or related field.
- 2–3 years’ experience in public relations, communications, donor relations, grant writing, or partnerships.
- Strong grant writing and proposal development skills.
- Digital skills in database management, workflow automation, and reporting tools.
- Excellent English writing and communication skills.
- Experience in renewable energy or climate sector is an added advantage.
