Qualification
- A minimum of BSC degree in Information Technology, Software Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or other related fields of studies from a recognized higher learning institution.
- A minimum of one (1) year of service in the company.
- Good knowledge of coordinating and supervising recruitment, promotion, transfer, leave, medical, termination, pension, and other aspects of human capital management.
- Plans organizational HC budgets, forecasting costs.
- Highly skilled and experienced in system administration for proactive management, performance, and security.
- Good knowledge of database systems and underlying IT infrastructure.
- Interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Good knowledge of computer application skills.
- Dependable and a team player.
