Key responsibilities
- Source and attract candidates using job boards, social media, and networking
- Screen applications, conduct interviews, and match candidates to the right roles
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified talent for current and future needs
- Communicate with candidates, giving feedback and guidance throughout the process
- Collaborate with clients to understand hiring needs and ideal candidate profiles
- Support employer branding through career events and online campaigns
- Maintain accurate recruitment records and provide reports on hiring progress
- Suggest improvements to make recruitment faster, smoother, and more effective
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in any field
- 1+ year of experience in recruitment, HR consulting, or corporate HR
- Strong understanding of sourcing, screening, and recruitment best practices
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable managing multiple roles and meeting deadlines
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter, MS Office, and recruitment tools
