Key responsibilities

• Source and attract candidates using job boards, social media, and networking
• Screen applications, conduct interviews, and match candidates to the right roles
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified talent for current and future needs
• Communicate with candidates, giving feedback and guidance throughout the process
• Collaborate with clients to understand hiring needs and ideal candidate profiles
• Support employer branding through career events and online campaigns
• Maintain accurate recruitment records and provide reports on hiring progress
• Suggest improvements to make recruitment faster, smoother, and more effective

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in any field
• 1+ year of experience in recruitment, HR consulting, or corporate HR
• Strong understanding of sourcing, screening, and recruitment best practices
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable managing multiple roles and meeting deadlines
• Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter, MS Office, and recruitment tools
